Inner Solution is made up of 100% Essential Oils and Herbal Extracts.
The term “essential” is a term for nutrients needed for building and repair that cannot be manufactured by the body and that, therefore, must be supplied in the diet. At present, there are some forty-two known essential nutrients. They are applied to the skin, and due to their natural purity, they are absorbed in the body in seconds, thus allowing the nutrients to be absorbed into the circulatory system within 25 seconds as they travel to areas of the body where these nutrients are needed. They stimulate metabolism and integrated cellular functions.
The skin is the body’s first line of defense against external toxicant exposure.1 Normal skin is an excellent barrier to many hazardous materials, but, because of its enormous surface area of 1.5 to 2.0 m2 in humans, the skin is one of the largest organs in mammals; thus, it is often exposed to physical or chemical agents. It can act as a portal of entry for many diverse chemicals, microorganisms, and other environmental factors.
The basic toxic macroscopic or clinical lesions are well known since they are readily observed. What is lacking in these observations is how these compounds can bind to tissue in the body and create chemical crystals or bind to fat, which inhibits its breakdown, causing cholesterol and cellulite to be formed. Even stress produces compounds such as adrenalin and adrenal cortical steroids, which cause the body to make more fat to bind these compounds.
Inner Solution is composed of nine (9) essential oils and herbal extracts and one (1) mineral. Its ingredients are juniper, fennel, mugwort, germanium, lavender, orange, peppermint, capsicum extract, jojoba, and cinnamon. The mixtures of these compounds in the form of oils and extracts have been known as an ancient Euro-Asian recipe dating back to the days of Marco Polo when he traveled the Silk Road. Inner Solution addresses the metabolism of fat as it breaks up the actual cause of the fat build-up in the body. There are many individuals who eat properly and take their nutritional supplements, yet still have problems in losing weight under the chin, on the thighs & arms, little pouchy bellies, and no one asks why. Many times this is due to the build up of hazardous materials and hormones in the areas that stimulate the production of cholesterol and triglycerides that lead to the manufacture of fat. The manufacturer of fat is the body’s way of protecting and encapsulating the toxic substances in the body so they do not destroy nerves or deplete minerals and vitamins which may stimulate the initiation of disease. Inner Solution allows you to address the direct problem areas. Then the body can metabolize fat properly.
The essential oils and herbal extracts have individual beneficial health properties that allow the body to, not only metabolize fat, but give needed support to other organs, and allow the body to remove toxins in a more natural way within the body. Some of the more health-related properties of Inner Solutions ingredients are as follows:
Juniper – acts as a diuretic, helps to regulate blood sugar levels, and relieves inflammation and congestion. Helpful in treatment of asthma, bladder infection, fluid retention, gout, kidney problems, obesity, and prostate disorders.2
Fennel – used as an appetite suppressant and as an eyewash. Promotes the functioning of the kidneys, liver, and spleen, and also clears the lungs. Relieves abdominal pain, colon disorders, gas, and gastrointestinal tract cramping. Used for acid stomach. Good after chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments for cancer.2
Mugwart – has been used in cases of internal bleeding, worms and bad breath. It is an antidote for many poisonous mushrooms. Mugwort has nervine qualities that are excellent for treating uncontrollable shaking, nervousness and insomnia. Externally it has been used as the active substance in liniment for sprains, bruises and lumbago.3
Germanium – is a mineral found in herbal extracts and oils. It improves cellular oxygenation. This helps to fight pain. Keep the immune system functioning properly, and rid the body of toxins and poisons. Researchers have shown that consuming foods containing organic germanium is an effective way to increase tissue oxygenation. Because of the hemoglobin, germanium acts as a carrier of oxygen to the cells. A Japanese scientist, Kazuhiko Asai, found that an intake of 100 to 300 milligrams of germanium per day improved many illnesses, including rheumatoid arthritis, food allergies, elevated cholesterol, candidiasis, chronic viral infection, cancer and AIDS.
Lavender – relieves stress and depression and is beneficial for the skin. Good for burns, headaches, psoriasis, and skin problems.
Orange – high in vitamin C and other substances like pectin, minerals, lignans, which have specific properties themselves. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is required for tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function, and healthy gums. It protects against the harmful effects of pollution and aids in the production of anti-stress hormones and interferon and is needed for the metabolism of folic acid, tyrosine, and phenylalanine. Helps to prevent cancer, protects against infection and enhances immunity. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. It also may reduce cholesterol levels and high blood pressure and prevent atherosclerosis. Essential in the formation of collagen, which is used to make connective tissue for skin elasticity.
Peppermint – enhances digestion by increasing stomach acidity. Slightly anesthetizes mucous membranes and the gastrointestinal tract. It is useful for chills, colic, diarrhea, headache, heart trouble, indigestion, nausea, poor appetite, rheumatism, and neurotoxin reactions.
Caspsicum – promotes perspiration, which anyone who has eaten any “hot” food should know from experience. In tropical areas, many people eat goodly amounts of hot peppers every day. This may help to keep them “cool” since perspiration is the natural cooling mechanism of the body. Like many spices, Capsicum influences the flow of digestive secretions form salivary, gastric, and intestinal glands. It improves the ratio of (HDL) cholesterol which has a protective effect on (LDL) cholesterol, which increases heart disease risk. When placed on the spine as an extract, it allows other herbs to be absorbed in the body rapidly, and this is called an herbal adjustment.
Jojoba – natural jojoba oil serves as an excellent moisturizing agent with exceptional spreading and lubrication properties and leaves a rich velvety non-oily feel on the skin while retarding water loss and enhancing the flexibility and suppleness of the skin. It is completely miscible with the natural sebum of the skin, forming a very thin, non greasy lipoid layer. This layer is partially porous and provides exceptional trans-epidermal respiration and moisture control. Unlike greasy occlusive materials such as petrolatum, mineral oils and some lanolin products, jojoba oil provides an absolutely non-tacky, non-oily and non-greasy, “dry” softening to the skin. It is a far superior source of spermaceti waxes than the endangered species like the sperm whale, whose spermaceti waxes (a mixture of long chain esters) was greatly valued for its functionality in cosmetic applications.
Cinnamon – relieves diarrhea and nausea, counteracts congestion, aids the peripheral circulation of the blood. Warms the body and enhances digestion, especially the metabolism of fats. Also fights fungal infection. It is useful for digestive problems, diabetes, weight loss, yeast infection, and uterine hemorrhaging.4
Inner Solution is composed of all these blended ingredients. These essential oils and herbal extracts allow individuals to reap the comprehensive benefits in metabolizing fat and reducing the production of compounds of hormones that are made from cholesterols and triglycerides and other compounds that attribute to the total body burden of elevated fat production. Inner Solution allows one to address fat metabolism, not as a creation of eating too much of the wrong foods, when it may not be the food at all, but the build-up of hazardous materials and hormones in the body itself from various environmental factors. Everyone has to approach their body as a machine that needs balance by creating an integrative functional approach to weight loss, body toning, and reshaping, which enhances the comprehensive well-being of the person by addressing the molecules that create fat externally and internally within a cell.
